The management of IMC is committed to setting up a quality management system with the involvement of our team of professionals. The ISO 9001 certification is a sign of the maturity of our company on the following issues: customer satisfaction, opportunity/risk approach, supplier management, etc.
REACH
IMC complies with the requirements of environmental, health and safety regulations, including the European Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances (REACH) directive. IMC’s customer service includes the transmission of REACH information for each product.
GDPR
As you may have heard GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) has come into force in Europa on 25/05/2018. The details are held on our database, which we use for buying and selling goods and providing data.
The data held includes company name and address, company telephone number/fax number, Website, personal direct dial number/mobile number and e-mail address, Information required, questions asked/answered and Main and secondary contacts.
IMC assures that the companies’ data will not be deliberately shared with anyone outside of our business, and all care taken to ensure privacy. In a general way, the details will remain on our database unless you specifically ask for them to be removed. Please be assured that should you request to be removed; this will be done immediately.
