(hereafter, “IMC” or the “Company”) complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which came into effect in the European Union on 25/05/2018 and, in this view, this privacy statement is intended to explain how our Company uses and stores the personal data collected.
Our Company may receive and collect the following personal data:

- Company telephone number/fax number/website/email address.
- VAT or company identification number.
- Personal name and surname.
- Personal address (street, zip code, town, country).
- Personal direct dial number/mobile number/email address.
Our Company may also collect and store additional data, information and details you deliberately provide us while contacting us for inquiries or requests, thus intended to be used for assistance purposes.
You directly provide our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Fill out our Company contact form at the “Contact” section in our website.
- Contact us on our social media pages (i.e. LinkedIn).
- Send your CV to our email address for career opportunities.
- Send requests and inquiries for products and services we may supply.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
We collect your data for the following purposes:
- Email you in case of career opportunities, provided you’ve previously sent a request and shared with us your CV or personal information.
- Contacting you after your inquiries, by giving you all the necessary information and details requested, in order to also issue customized proposals and quotations (if applicable) to your attention, and to offer you assistance and support.
- Contacting you after your inquiries, demands and/or requests on our social media pages.
- Processing your orders, prior your previous quotation acceptance.
Your data are stored in our database for the purpose of the uses indicated under point 3 above, unless you specifically ask IMC to have them removed. IMC is applying best practices and taking all reasonable measures to protect its database against intrusion by third parties.
IMC ensures that personal and company data will only be shared with its approved stakeholders and will not be deliberately shared with anyone outside of its business purpose and for different purposes than the ones indicated.
Our Company may keep your data in its records for the necessary period for the above indicated purposes. Once this period of time has expired, IMC will remove your data from its database.
If you expressly want IMC to remove your data from its database before the expiry of the indicated period, you are kindly required to send such request to IMC, and your data will be immediately removed.
- The right to access – You have the right to request our Company to provide a copy of your personal data. We may charge you administration cost for more than one copy.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request our Company to correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request our Company to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request our Company to erase your personal data.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request our Company to restrict the processing of your personal data.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by our Company.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request our Company to transfer the data collected to another organization, or directly to you.
